Were you a part of the BIG Day of Giving last year? If you were, together we raised over $6M as a region and ranked #2 in the country on that national giving day!
Well, this year we want you back in a bigger way! Our region’s collective goal for the nonprofit sector will be $9M in 24 hours from 25,000 donors for 500+ nonprofits, and end the day by being the 1st in the nation for most money raised on May 3rd, this year’s national giving day!
We want YOU be a part of history again! Assistance League of Greater Placer used our prorated funds from last year’s event to help fund Operation School Bell®. Your donation helped provide 1,137 children with new clothing and 232 pairs of shoes, provided 2,420 third grade students with dictionaries, and supplied 226 backpacks filled with back-to-school supplies.
“A Goal without a Plan is just a Wish” We first heard this quote at our Day of Giving Bootcamp 2016. Goal Setting is so important to propel you forward, and “transform insurmountable mountains to rolling hills.” Our Goal is set.
